This is a family owned caravan which is located at the Richmond Holiday Centre in the centre of Skegness. This is a quiet site with a full entertainment venue, restaurant, Fish and Chip shop, Supermarket, Amusement arcade, Launderette, Hairdressers, Play court, children's play area and indoor swimming pool. The park is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and skegness attractions.
The caravan is 5 berth and ideally accomodates a couple with 2 or 3 children. We will only accept bookings from couples or families with children.
We charge highly competative prices as we are not letting the caravan to make huge profits, we want to help as many people as possible to enjoy a reasonably priced holiday.
The initial non-refundable deposit is £50 to secure the booking. We also charge a £50 security bond which will be returned provided that the caravan has been looked after.
Included in the price is gas and electricity, entertainment passes. Bed linen, towels, tea/coffee/sugar, complimentary biscuits, washing up equipment, soap, air freshener and toilet roll. You will also receive a complimentary 750ml bottle of wine upon arrival. Your beds will also be made up on arrival, allowing you to enjoy the most of your holiday.
The caravan includes a T.V in the lounge and bedroom, DVD, Selection of DVD's, Gas fire, Freeview, Books, Games, Magazines, Welcome pack, Iron, Ironing Board, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Gas cooker, Fridge, Small Freezer, Cutlery, Crockery, Radio and a Shower. We also have a small veranda which has outdoor seating for 2 people!
You can check in from 3pm and must check out by 10am - more flexible check in/out times may be available depending on the date of your stay. Keys will need to be collected from the park reception before 6pm on the day of arrival.
