This is a well-equipped 2 bed roomed luxury Willoughby Salisbury 35 x 12 caravan on the Skegness/Ingoldmells border.
The lounge area has a large screen LCD Freeview TV. Fixed seating for 17 people (we would rather you have a choice of seats than throw parties). There is an extra double bed in this area.
Oil filled electric radiator and gas fire provide heating in the lounge.
Master bedroom with large wardrobe, drawers, dressing table, panel heater and LCD Freeview TV has a double size memory foam bed with direct access to bathroom.
Bedroom 2 with a smaller wardrobe and dressing table also with an LCD Freeview TV and panel heater is equipped with two single beds.
Travel Cot available on request.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and a toaster.
All the cooking utensils cutlery and crockery you should need.
There is a very large (8 x 35) veranda/decking area with a glass table and 4 chairs.
The caravan is equipped with a smoke alarm, FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRE BLANKET.
All quilts, pillows, sheets, and pillowslips are provided.
Additionally hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels are also provided. These items MUST NOT be used outside of the caravan. Failure to observe this rule will result in loss of security bond.
SECURITY BOND
A £50 Security Bond will be required in addition to the hire charge a full FOUR WEEKS before the holiday commences.
This Security Bond may be forfeit if there is:-
Damage/breakage to the caravan or any equipment, loss of keys, Pets brought into the caravan, failure to leave in clean and tidy condition (judged by lettings manager and referred to owner).
GAS & ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR HOLIDAY
Millfield caravan park is situated along Walls lane, directly opposite Skegness Water Leisure Park, this is off the main Roman bank A52 road which runs from Skegness to Ingoldmells, It is easy to find, instructions will be sent to help you have a pleasant trip and stay.
The famous FANTASY ISLAND Market and Fairground, is, like Skegness centre just a short drive away.
There is a Bus stop at the end of Walls Lane with buses every 10 minutes.
The beach is about 15 minutes walk away, (even for small legs).
There are shops, amusements, pubs and fish & chip shop just a few minutes walk. Butlins is only at the top of Wall's Lane, Day tickets are available.
This caravan is for the use of couples and families, single sex groups are not permitted.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the caravan !!!
Sorry but pets are NOT allowed during your stay.
All arrivals from 2 pm to vacate by 11 am.
Prices start from £100 off peak to £400 peak season.
There is a £50 bond payable. This is returned when the caravan has been checked OK.
A £50 (non refundable) deposit is required to reserve the caravan.
