Tasteful 3 Bedroom (8 Berth) family owned caravan in the quiet resort of ANDERBY CREEK between MABLETHORPE and CHAPEL ST LEONARDS
5 MINS WALK TO BEAUTIFUL QUIET BEACH
This is our Family owned 3 Bedroom (8 Berth) Willerby Herald Caravan, which is ideal for family holidays.
There is an open plan living/dining area with a gas fire, TV with DVD player aswell as a pull out bed suitable for 2 people. The pleasant kitchen includes a gas cooker and hob, microwave, full size fridge, ample worktop area with sufficient place settings for 6-8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms - 1 Double, 1 twin bedroom suitable for 2 adults or children and 1 twin bedroom suitable for up to approx 8-10 year olds (NB one of these beds currently has a cot side in place, which can be removed). There is an additional double bed which can be pulled out from the main living area. All bedrooms benefit from wardrobes and have new duvets and pillows for the 2010 Season.
There is a shower/bath, and wash hand basin as well as a seperate WC. The hot water is heated via a gas water heater.
Outside is a large metal storage container with loads of childrens toys, beach games, buckets and spades, chairs, tables windbreaks, parasol etc etc.
The caravan is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire blanket and fire extinquisher. Guests are expected to bring their own bedding (duvets and pillows are provided) and towels.
Our Caravan is sited at ANDERBY CREEK which is a quiet resort halfway between Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leonards (10 minute drive each way) and is protected by a preservation order that keeps the noisy amusement arcades and night clubs away. This means it is a quiet and safe environment for families. (see www.anderbycreek.co.uk).
Sunkist Caravan Park is a family run site and boasts its own bar and laundrette, whilst Anderby Creek itself offers a small shop, pub with restaurant, beach cafe/store, public toilets next to the beach and is even home to the UK's first Cloud Observation Deck!
The beautiful unspoilt beach is only a 5 minute walk away aswell as lovely walks in the quiet rural surroundings
This caravan is for the use of couples and families, sorry but single sex groups are NOT permitted.
Smoking is NOT allowed either in the caravan !!!
Sorry but no pets are allowed during your stay.
All arrivals from 2pm to vacate by 11am.
Prices start from £100 off peak to £250 peak season.
There is a £50 bond payable. This is returned when the caravan has been checked OK.
A £50 (non refundable) deposit is required to reserve the caravan.
The balance is to be paid 4 weeks BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY
