Our caravan is an Abi 2004 Arizona it can be found on a beautiful caravan park just outside Skegness. It is sited just next to the Bowling Green, and has lovely decking attached to it. It has 3 bedrooms. 1double and 2 x twin also in the lounge area there is a pull out double bed. It is equipped with; full sized cooker and fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery, high chair, colour TV, pillows and duvets and a Vacuum cleaner.
There is a lovely shower room, wash basin and WC.
(Please note Linen is not included e.g. pillow cases, duvet covers, sheets Towels or tea towels)
The caravan would be available from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The keys would be available between 12 noon and 8.oopm and would need to be collected from the reception on site unless prior arrangements have been made.
You are required to vacate the caravan no later than 10.00am and the keys MUST be handed back into reception on the day of your departure. Failure to do this will result in the loss of your bond. Please make sure that all windows and doors are closed and locked securely.
Please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next people to come into. Cleaning materials and equipment are provided. All rubbish should be disposed of in the large green wheelie bins that are just around the corner from the caravan. Please make sure that you use the bin bags that are provided. Also make sure that the shower cubicle, wash basin and WC are thoroughly cleaned, before your departure.
All breakages must be reported and replaced during your stay.

The gas and electricity are included in the price of the caravan hire.
This is a lovely well maintained site and we would ask that you respect other holiday makers whilst on site, we are obliged to inform you that the site has a “NO TOLERANCE” policy for nuisance behaviour, which could result in the offending people being asked to leave the site . This is beyond our control. As a result, in the event that this did happen we would accept no liability and therefore no refund would be given. Please observe and respect the site rules.
The owner and site representatives are relieved of any liability for personal injury, goods left, lost or stolen before, during and after the booking has been completed.
