tv,,dvd,sterio.vcr theres also a sky dish fitted,so all you need to do is take your digi box(also free view in the caravan if you don,t have sky)with over 30 channells(windscreen tv)
the winning bidder i will post the keys to you 1 week before your holiday AND SEND ALL INFO ADDRESS ETC then after your holiday just pop them in the post back to me
please remember to add £50 to the final bid which is a damage bond
then after your holiday you will get the £50 back providing the caravan is left nice and clean and theres no damage

Please note, I have had to turn away quite a few people due to trying to book last minute, and unfortunately the dates they wanted were filled. Please book early to avoid disappointment! There is always plenty to do and all within easy walking distance. Park your car up and forget about traffic chaos that other holidaymakers will have to endure for not choosing such a fantastic location!!!

Gas and electric are included in the price. Full equipped though you will need to take your own bed linen. Duvets and pillows are provided. There is a small balcony attached to this caravan. This van is situated on Coral Beach Caravan site which is just a few minutes walk away from Eastgate Market, Fantasy Island, Butlins and the beach. Skegness is a short bus/car drive away. Groups of young people are not accepted on this site.
The caravan is sited at Coral Beach caravan park and is only a few minutes walk from the magnificent Fantasy Island complex, And the beach, Its ideal for all ages which includes a variety of fairground rides and a thriving market.
The caravan is surrounded by a grassed area with parking for your vehicles.
The caravan site is at Ingoldmell's, and close to Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe with the seaside town of Skegness only 4 miles away.
Please time your arrival for anytime after 3pm and vacate the caravan by 10am, this allows us to ensure the caravan is ready for the next occupants. Please leave the caravan in as clean a condition as you would expect to find it on your arrival.
All breakages must be paid for.also a £50 refunable bond is required which you will get back 1 week after holiday providing theres no damage and caravan is left nice and clean so please remember to add the £50 bond on your final price
there is so much to do for your family around here and it would make a great cheap holiday
also a new play area for the kids within a 2 min walk from the caravan on the site

All occupants are reminded they have to abide by the Coral Beach policies and rules.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING IN THE CARAVAN AND THE BOOKING IS FOR FAMILIES ONLY.
